Certificate of Incorporation

Blue Maritimes Society is a legally registered non-profit organization incorporated in the Province of Nova Scotia under the Societies Act on February 23, 2026.

The Certificate of Incorporation confirms the organization’s legal status, public-interest mandate, and limited liability structure, enabling it to operate as a recognized environmental research and conservation institution in Atlantic Canada.
